Join us at the 2025 Manitoba Libraries Conference as an exhibitor. There will be unopposed time for delegates to visit the Exhibit Hall, including a wine & cheese event. Submit your application below for either a booth or a table. Exhibitors are expected to set up for both days. Lunch for up to two is provided. Additional lunches can be purchased at $50 each.

Registration deadline to book booths or tables is April 17, 2025.
Space is limited. Book in early to secure your spot!
Booths provide ample space to showcase your service and products. They are 10 X 10 draped booths with a backdrop and side arms.
- Booths are suitable for commercial/businesses or non-profit organizations
- Booths come with one dressed 8 ft. table and 2 folding chairs
- Cost is $875 for commercial/businesses and $500 for non-profit organizations (proof of non-profit status is required)
Tables provide limited space with one 6 foot draped table with 2 folding chairs. One pull-up banner only to sit behind the table.

- Cost is $275
Additional equipment and electrical can be ordered from the host venue. Information on shipping, electrical and venue details will be provided after booking. These costs will be at the exhibitor’s expense.

Tuesday, May 6: 11:30 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, May 7: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
*A Wine and Cheese in the Exhibit Hall runs 4-6 pm on May 6 (beverages begin at 4:30 pm).
Set-up is on May 6 from 7:30 am – 11:30 am
Take-down is on May 7 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
