When can we register for the conference?

You can register now through the conference. Registration is online.
Early Bird pricing runs from: February 10 – April 14
Regular pricing runs from: April 15 – May 7

How can I register if I am part of an institutional membership?

Your institution will need to register for you. For bulk registration by institutions or for invoicing please contact us: office@mla.mb.ca 

 

Are there any special bursaries or assistance for library workers who cannot afford the conference costs?

How can I become a MLA member?

The three categories of MLA membership are Personal, Institutional, and Library Boards. You can register to be a member of MLA online here: https://mla.mb.ca/membership/ 

 

How can I add/change items to my registration?

What is provided in the registration fee?

  • Registration includes lunch and coffee breaks for the day registered. All registration includes entrance to the Exhibition Hall.
  • Registration on May 6, 2025 includes a drink ticket and entrance to the Wine & Cheese at the Exhibition Hall from 4:00- 6:00 pm. Registration on May 7, 2025 includes lunch and entrance to the Library Awards ceremony (12:00 – 1:00 pm).
  • Presenters are provided with free registration on the day of their presentation
